Umbilical hernia

During second pregnancy I developed a mild umbilical hernia it was a mild issue from about month 3-6 if it popped out I was able with direction from my doctor just push it back in pain went away I was fine then my uterus got big enough that it covered the hole and was no longer an issue after pregnancy it was a mild bother for about 1 month PP.... I am now 17 wks pregnant with my third and omg it’s so much worse it was fine till about a week ago as I was able to just push it back in like I did last pregnancy but now it’s like a constant throbbing pain sometimes worse then other times but the top of my belly button it’s like where I had it pierced is like a hard knot feeling (absolutely not related to the piercing just used it to describe location) and it won’t go back in and if I accidentally get poked there like tonight was going to the library and carrying the books a corner got me right in that area and omg it was awful painful.... just wondering if anyone can relate I have an appointment with my OB aim Tuesday and obviously plan to address it!
