Bfp dates don't add up ☹️

Got my faint bfp on 22nd July (which did progress into dark line). Went for 12 week scan today but they said it looks like 4-5 weeks as just a yolk sac. So could be early or miscarriage. But can't be that early can I with that bfp date.
