How long after your membrane sweep did you go into labor?

I was 80% effaced 2-3 cm last week. Getting a sweep tomorrow. Wondering how long until I'll have little guy

I got it done and it didn't do anything. I was already 5cm dilated and 75% effaced when they did it. I will NEVER get it done again. It hurt worse than being induced in my opinion. My doctor literally stuck her hand up my hoo-ha and fisted and twisted it. I was already waddling like a dang penguin and I walked out of the office like a dang weeble-wobble baby. 🤣🤣

I had my membranes swept at my 40 week appointment and it didn't work. I'm 40+2 and I'm being induced at 40+5

If the membrane sweep works (most times it doesn’t) it will happen within 24 hrs.

My daughter took about 2 days and my son the next day I went into labor. Worked for me everytime. Everyday one is different works for some not for others.

I had it done with my first 4. It did nothing to help start labor. I still ended up induced.
