Bruising after allergic reaction

Has anyone gotten bruising after an allergic reaction? On monday i got antibiotics for a uti took my first doze and within 15min i started to feel alot of itching inside my mouth, lips tongue and throat few min later itching all over eyes got puffy nd i started to break out in hives i was told to go to e.r as I'm pregnant as I'm driving to e.r my neck is covered in hives and my face feels swollen i get to e.r and they make me wait 1hr to get checked. As I'm waiting i feel my body Burning the most painful was my feet and hands i was kept there for 4hrs and sent home. On Tuesday i noticed some bruising on my hips and legs some are tender to touch I've never had a reaction like this so I'm not sure if the bruising is normal.

I picked up new antibiotics yesterday and pharmacist asked if I've had any reaction to meds i told her what happened and she said my reaction was normal and mild 🤔🤔 for me it was the worst experience ever
