I received a letter yesterday from St. George’s hospital

I am currently now 7w1d but when I was 5 weeks it was to early for her to see anything she then sent me for first lot of bloods and 2 days later I was meant to go back for 2nd lot but I didn’t get round to it but the letter I received yesterday was going on about ectopic pregnancy how can they be putting that in the letter when they don’t have my full bloods, have to go back to the hospital or see GP as soon as possible (I’m going back to the hospital this morning), should I be worried because after reading that letter yesterday I am now a bit worried but trying to not take it in so much because they don’t have my full bloods and do I actually have anything to worry about or would I be fine.
