Nuk Freemie cups with Spectra S2?

Question

I’ve recently started exclusively pumping.  I have the Spectra S2 which I LOVE but sometimes doing things around the house or playing with my 4 month old while pumping is tough.  So are the Freemie cups worth it?  I’ve read mixed reviews.

Didn’t work for me. The flanges were way too big. I got the freemie insert to make them the right size but still couldn’t get enough stimulation. I really wanted them to work and know women who they did work for but one time I pumped and got literally zero ounces with the freemie. Immediately tried my spectra stuff and got 3 oz so I knew it just wouldn’t work. In the end, pump and nurse bras with either Medela or spectra parts were just as easy. And less to wash by hand since all my pump parts could be sterilized in the microwave or put in the dishwasher. Freemie parts have to be hand washed.

I used them for a week and had a huge hit to my supply. The suction was wayy to weak. I would get 4oz total in 30 minutes when I would usually get 6-8 depending on the time of day. I was also an exclusive pumper.
