Possibly going through a blighted ovum 😢

I started spotting Wednesday night (6w3days) and freaked out went to the hospital they did an ultrasound and did some blood work ... my ultrasound only showed an empty gestational sac ... 😕 and my levels were only 7000 they told me to go to my doctor and get a follow up on my blood levels friday(today) I did and they only went up to 9000 😞

I know when I ovulated or should have ovulated because I was doing ovulation strips ... so very worried 😞😞😞

Have a follow up appt Wednesday , really scared of what they’ll tell me ...
