I’m still mad about it

My brother got a girl pregnant.

She has a bad past and has been through some shit. I’m not going into that because it’s her business even though this is anonymous. But it’s relevant to this post because its like he’s looking for any freaking way out of this.

He’s bringing up her past and throwing it in her face even though she’s changed her life. She is upfront about what kind of person she used to be, and owns it. She’s also upfront about what kind of person she is now, and owns that too. He has known all along where she’s come from and how far she’s come.

He told me “I don’t want that to be the mother of my kids.” Just talking so much trash on her and I got in his face went offff and said “maybe you should have thought about that before you put it in raw for months straight. You did this too, this was 50/50, You’re gonna be a dad now so stop talking shit about the mother of your child and pull your head out of your ass because it’s happening so get your big boy pants on and face your responsibility.” And got up and left.

I have never understood guys who do that, who get a girl pregnant and then turn on her like they didn’t just lay in bed with this woman and ALSO doing that cliché shit about how “it might not be mine.”
