Miscarriage?

So this is my period tracker and I just got my period randomly and seems to be super early and I’m cramping which is a normal period indicator for me but there was more blood for my first day than there normally is, unless I am just over thinking it and think im having a miscarriage. The reason I’m so anxious about it because we are trying for baby number two and have been for 3 months I’m 23 and had no problem the first time but there were some complications afterward that they say would t cause miscarriages but I’m just stressed and don’t know if this is a regular period or not? I haven’t taken a pregnancy test so idk if I was pregnant to know if it were a miscarriage.. this is probably dumb but I want baby #2 so bad please help a momma out 😰
