Should I mark it as a period or no?

I’m due to start my period in 4 days. I just had my IUD removed Thursday (2 days ago). I’ve had some cramping and bloating, which I thought was due to the hormone changes from the iud removal. Well, now I’m bleeding. It’s not spotting, but not very heavy either.

I barely spotted any right after having the iud removed.

Does it sound like the hormone changes made my period come early?
