Anyone else with a short LUTEAL PHASE?

I only started using opks last cycle and I got a positive opk on cd 16 so saying I ovulated cd 17 but then AF came 9 days later. I’m now waiting to see what happens this cycle, currently cd 22. Anyone else e experienced this and have some advice? I started taking b6 this time too.

My lutuel phase is consistently 9-11 days. I also starting taking b6 this cycle and already have noticed a difference. Ovualtion was confirmed with opk and temp. Already at 12 dpo!!! No usual PMS . Also my temps have been higher this month. 🤞🤞 For both of us!

Yep, since a D&C in April I’ve had a short luteal phase.  I take activated B vitamins which have helped.  I honestly find that if I’m stressed it delays ovulation and shortens luteal phase.  I started spotting at 8-9dpo this cycle and cried.  It sucks :-).
