HELP INSURANCE AND MISCARRIAGE

I had a miscarriage a little while back and didn’t report anything to my insurance. Do you have to do that? How does this work..

I’m asking because I just took a pregnancy test and it’s a positive and it’s was completely unexpected we didn’t want to try again in fear of another miscarriage, anyways I went online to check my status of insurance and completely forgot I had claimed my unborn baby already.. and sadly lost my baby right after.

Do I report I had a miscarriage?

Then reapply later on after I know my little bean is gonna stick?

(Me reporting the baby goes hand and hand with me reporting I’m pregnant on my insurances application thing on the website, I’m not tech shabby lol)
