Any moms who have given birth before who have really bad anxiety or panic did they give you anything for it? Or would they even give me anything for it just to calm my nerves? I came off my anxiety medicine when I found out I was pregnant and have done well but I’m scared I will panic when I go into labor I don’t do well with hospitals or any of that 😫
