Antepartum depression
Anyone suffer from antepartum depression?
I think I might be. I used to think I was just overtired or too stressed but I cant cope like I normally can and want to cry on eeekends when I'm home alone with my 2 under 3. And then I get more sad that I'm crying infront of my 3 yo. Any experiences you had would be helpful.
