Fiancé sleeps all the time

I just need to get this out there and off my chest. I don’t know what else I can do!

I’m 30 and work full time mon-fri, our house from 7/7.30am to 6.30/7pm and occasionally home a little later depending on work.

He is 37 and works between 3-6 night shifts.

My issue?

I stay up late to spend as much time with him even when I know I’m up at 6am whenever he has a night off work. I consider them nights when we could maybe have chat and laugh and possibly be affectionate and maybe even have sex. But he prefers to sit in his chair playing Xbox games. If he does come and sit next to me on the sofa he falls asleep. I completely understand that if he has 2 nights off work he obviously doesn’t want to just spend that time with me and he will want to have some time to himself too. That would be fine if come the weekend he could get out of bed during the day and spend some time with me. It’s breaking my heart and I’m so lonely with no friends to take my mind off it. Iv pretty much begged him to take notice of me.

He says he doesn’t sleep after night shifts and maybe gets a couple hours a day but when I’m home I see him sleeping for hours on end, longest was 18 hours!

I feel like I live alone just with more cleaning and washing to do. He will wipe down kitchen and run a Hoover over a couple tones a week but I do everything else. I feel like this wouldn’t affect me so much if just 1 day a week I felt like he wanted me. Whenever we speak about this he says he loved me more than anything etc but nothing ever changes. I feel so damn alone.

He is also addicted to painkllers and has depression and I have tried my hardest to understand and support as best I can but it’s hard when I feel like a nobody. It’s hard when he won’t go to the doctor when he says he will or take any advise he has been given from previous visit to doctor.

What am I meant to do here?

There’s so much more than what I have mentioned above, I just wanted to give some insight into my life.
