Morning Sickness Advice!
Hello beautiful ladies!
I have a question that I’d love to hear some of your stories in answer to. I am 5weeks4days and have had consistent nausea for the last few days. It is always there, but the degree comes in waves - right now I’m feeling atrocious but in about half an hour it’s likely to settle down into the background a little.
Now, none of that is the issue!
The issue is that I am lacking in freedom at work - I am a musculoskeletal therapist and am booked back to back with clients in a tiny room with only 1x30 minute break in the middle of the day (at best), my shortest shift is 9.5hrs and my longest few are 12hrs. I am very concerned about what to do if the nausea progresses to vomiting. So my question is for those that have experienced vomiting - how much warning do you get? Will I have time to briefly explain to my client and then rush out to the bathroom? Or will I just need to run without the ability to explain? I’m so anxious about it! Any advice on the matter of dealing with something similar would be so helpful.
Thank you in advance 😘😘
