Should I tell my mom I’m worried about my brother?!?

Hey I’m fifteen years old and my brother is twelve, he plays video games for like 5 hours a day, and through the news etc. I know that can lead to depression and stuff and I’m worried about him and that it’s going to not be good for him. I want to tell my parents that I’m worried and that it’s not healthy for him but I don’t want to sound rude like they’re not parenting him right because they do, it’s just 5+ hours isn’t good especially for teens. Should I tell my parents or should I just let it be?!?
