Possible Miscarriage at 8 weeks?

Question

If I think I’m miscarrying at 8 weeks do I go to the ER since it’s a Saturday night? I’m not in severe pain just uncomfortable with some bleeding. I should add I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks with my second pregnancy (this is my fourth) 
I know they can’t help me save the baby but I’m not sure if I need to be checked or anything since it’s so early. With my last miscarriage I was in the doctors office when I started bleeding so they helped me there.

Im sorry you're going though this. I wouldnt unless you are in excruciating pain or filling a pad in 30 mins or feel like passing out. Just call your drs office on Monday and inform them, they will want to do an ultrasound probably to check. Sometimes it's a miscarriage and sometimes it's a clot. I wish you well 🙏

I’m currently 8 weeks with the same exact thing. Not in pain or anything just very very very light spotting when I wipe and just slightly uncomfortable as you described. 
I did go to your page to see you had a healthy baby boy💜 congrats and puts my head at ease with all the racing thoughts :)

Unless you have a negative blood group and would require to injection, there isn't much they can do. See your doctor on Monday for HCG monitoring, and if you haven't had a heavy bleed, ask for an ultrasound
