Does anyone have lower abdomen pain sore?

I’ve got a really sore lower abdomen and pain in my middle/lower back? I’m 25+3, I was a size 4 before getting pregnant and now I’m a size 10/12 (don’t know if this has anything to do with it) sometimes the pains at the top of my back and almost feels like my backs breaking in half.

When your are that small to start gaining weight can shift your posture alot and cause alot of pain. Pregnancy really messes with your center of gravity and all that weight pulls at your lower abdomen and back. Try finding a support band it will help with the weight distribution. Also stretching if you still can. Prenatal massage can help too.

27w 2d and feeling the same. It comes and goes. What do you do for work? I find it’s not as bad on my days off. So I think it is when I’m on my feet too much.
