Co parenting from different states

Kenzie • mama of soon to be two! 🥰🖤

Hello mamas so I was wondering if anyone out there is no longer with their child’s father anymore and live in separate states? My fiancé and I have called off our engagement and I want to move back in with my mom who lives in Ohio while he wants to stay and live in Arizona. Going back to live with my mom will allow me to go to school full time, while she could watch my daughter during the day. All my family lives in Ohio as well. My daughters fathers family live in California and I’m afraid once we tell them I’m leaving with my daughter they are going to throw a giant fit. I don’t want to take my daughter away from him but I’m a 20 year old mom and I want to graduate college. If I stayed in Arizona I’d have to live on my own which means I’d have to work full time and go to school full time. The only way for me to do that would be to put her in day care and her dad doesn’t want her in day care but won’t help me when it comes to watching her or rearranging his schedule. He doesn’t want to go back to school he just wants to work so I feel like he doesn’t understand that I don’t want to keep putting my life on hold. All of this has really been stressing me out and I’d love if anyone had any advice or has gone through similar experiences.
