Possibly a Positive?

So I tested this morning and this is what I got.

I was 4 days late last month. My lower belly was getting harder and I had all the symptoms of being pregnant. I didn’t get to take a test and see a positive because my fiancé and I go on the road and drive semi but I was fairly certain I was.

But anyways I know this is gross but here it is.

We stopped at a truck stop to eat and I went to use to the bathroom and I was bleeding heavily which I never do. There were blood clots and everything so him and I guessed I miscarried. I got discouraged and he just kept telling me we will try again next month. Well we have followed my ovulation days on this app which I love by the way hoping to get a rainbow baby 🌈

But I tested this morning and I wanna know what y’all think.!?
