What to expect? New dr

I was diagnosed with stage 4 endo at age 17, after I got married at 24 and started ttc I saw the most amazing doctor! He performed my 4th and 5th surgery, did and hsg test amoung many other things. We finally figured out that I wasn't ovulating, on my 3rd round of clomid I got pregnant. Shortly after finding out I was pregnant my DH and I moved 6 hours away. Now DH and I are wanting to try for baby #2. I have been using oPKs for almost 6 months and I don't think I'm ovulating. I made an appointment with my gynecologist/OB that delivered my son, but I am not sure what to expect? Will I have to go through all of these tests again? Will they just prescribe me clomid since I'm not ovulating? What should I expect??
