Ruptured cyst?

So last week September 2 I went to the emergency room because I was having sharp pelvic pain on my left side. They gave me a external and internal ultrasound sound and said that I had a cyst on my right ovary, but they never got a view of my left ovary. They said that they believe since I had a cyst on my right ovary that I probably had one on my left ovary that ruptured so they discharged me with Ibuprofen. Two days later my pain got really bad and I could feel it through my stomach to my ribs and back, and I'm still feeling pain off and on not as severe though. I know googling your symptoms isn't good but it says the pain is supposed to go away after a few days, i'm also feeling pain on my right side now. I went to my primary care doctor but it's taking forever to get a obgyn appointment. Should I go back to the hospital, or is this normal after a ovarian cyst rupture? I'm just getting really frustrated because I'm running out of pain meds and regular ones like Excedrin aren’t strong enough. 😡
