I’m still in shock

My pregnancy had been horrible with all the sickness I’ve been getting. So 2 weeks ago I was admitted to the hospital for severe dehydration and that’s when I found out I was pregnant with twins!!! I have a 10 month old baby boy so it’s gunna be a struggle but I’m beyond excited!! They also found it they are identical not sure of the genders yet. I’ve tried for years to get pregnant and now they’re poppin our like crazy!! Drs said I would never be able to conceive without help from drs. My body proved them all wrong! There’s hope out there ladies!!❤️❤️❤️
