Prenatals or OTC Fertility Meds?

My fiancé and I are ttc after a miscarriage in November and I wanted some opinions! We have been trying the last few months and nothing but BFNs! I have been doing some research and some say taking a prenatal helps when ttc and others say otc fertility meds help. What have y'all tried? Any answers and stories welcome! Thanks!😊

No vitamins or supplements can increase your fertility despite what you might read on the Internet. 
There is no reliable research or any medical evidence of such. 
Prenatal vitamins are not for fertility but for the mother’s overall health. 
Fertility is mostly affected by age, healthy habits, weight, hormones and genetics. 
Some people have fertility issues but they can tell you, they only wish there was a magic pill or powder that could help. 
But! There’s something you can do!
Eat right, exercise, drink water, be happy and know that it can take up to one year for a healthy couple to conceive, being that every month you have around 23% chances.

Haven’t tried OTC fertility meds but prenatals don’t help you get pregnant. You should be taking them anyway to prepare your body though! The fertility meds couldn’t hurt either :)
