I need help

I don’t know what to do! Dr confirmed my now 7 week old has had 2 teeth cut through last week over messaged. The problem is they haven’t grown! They’ve just cut through and she is MISERABLE

I tHink I can see the two next to them coming in as well could that be it? I can’t figure out why her first two aren’t growing they’re just sitting right outside of her gym line!
