Vaginal irritation from progesterone cream?

Sorry if this is a bit TMI, but I’m wondering if anyone else experienced redness/itchiness from progesterone cream. I’ve been on it for a week, and just recently have I started to become red and itchy. I haven’t changed my soap and I have had sex FYI for quite a little while, so nothing is new. I did use some wipes a few days when I felt the cream “falling out” ??? The next morning. I’m not sure if it’s the progesterone or something else. I can’t just take any cream because of pregnancy, obviously. Any suggestions before I call my OBGYN tomorrow? Thank you!
