Spotting 32 weeks

Hi all. I’ve had a very smooth pregnancy with no complications at all. I am a FTM & today I’m 8 months pregnant. Earlier I could tell that there was some discharge in my underwear, well I just went to go pee and there is a light amount of blood in my underwear that looks like it had been sitting since I had felt it earlier (not knowing it was blood obviously) . I was having a bit of vaginal cramping earlier as well. There was no blood in my pee but when I wiped it was a dark brown on the toilet paper.

Any thoughts?

I want to avoid going in unless I have to. Like I said I’m a first time mom so i don’t know if it should be concerning or not but it is scary because it’s blood.
