Itchy nipples?

Hey ladies. Sorry this is a bit TMI but I’m a bit confused. My right nipple is really itchy all of s sudden. I don’t want to scratch it or I might hurt myself, but it’s so irritating! I had this once before but last time there was also some clearing yellowish watery discharge stuff coming out of my nipple. That’s not happening this time but i still don’t know what’s going on. Thank you !
