Daycare dropped one of my sons feedings?

Would you say something? 
My son is 11 months and has 
1. 6oz bottle at 2p
1. 6oz bottle at 4p
1. 8oz bottle at 6p (at home) 
He eats breakfast, morning snack, lunch, lunch snack, after nap snack, and dinner. 
But I just noticed that Friday and yesterday they skipped his 2 pm bottle. 
Would you say something since I haven’t instructed them to do so?

His primary nutrition should still be breadtmilk or formula. I would absolutely say something.

My daycare only records what is eaten, not what is offered. We usually chat at pickup that a bottle was offered but none eaten if that's what happens. Just ask.

I would ask. My son stopped eating his lunch bottle around that age so I wouldn’t be intensely worried.

Just ask them. He probably didn’t want the bottle. Babies are just like all other humans, we aren’t robots. We don’t eat on a schedule and neither do babies. And their appetites can change so much especially during infancy.
If he is in a good licensed daycare center then I am sure it has nothing to do with them simply not feeding him. Baby probably refused bottle when offered or was engaged in playtime and wasn’t hungry, etc.
