At one year old they shouldn’t be getting milk when they wake in the middle of the night. They don’t require night feedings at that age and it’s terrible for their teeth. If you believe they are thirsty offer water instead. Also if they’re waking frequently and you cut out the milk in the middle of the night it will likely reduce the amount of times they wake per night.

All through the night she goes to bed at 8 and typically doesn’t wake up til 7-8 the next morning.

My daughter will be one next month and still wakes up once a night for a bottle. I asked my doctor about it and she told me to keep feeding her if she wakes up and is hungry but to make sure I give her teeth a wipe. She normally goes down 630/7 and wakes for a feed between 4/5.
