Lighting crotch - 30 weeks

I’ve read some of you post about “lightning crotch” recently. I have been having these weird feelings that I assumed are from the baby kicking or pressure from him being so low. It literally feels like he is stomping down on my bladder/vagina area and I feel it like jolt all the way through my urethra and it is SO uncomfortable. It happens multiplied times a day and it’s really annoying. Is that what you are experiencing?
