No period.......

I have been really stressed out lately due to my late period. I am currently 10 days late on my period but I’ve taken 4 pregnancy test and they’ve all come out negative. Idk if it’s because I haven’t taken them early in the morning or I’m just not pregnant at all. I haven’t have any symptoms at all other than back pains. I already made an appt to the doctor for next Tuesday to make sure everything is okay. I also have a feeling it might be late because I was on birth control pill for a year and a half and just stopped using it about two months ago due to how it made me feel ..... sooo yeah

Has anybody gone trough this?

And what do y’all think is going on ?
