How do deaf people think?

Question

This may sound like a silly question but I am genuinely curious. If they have been deaf from birth, how do they think to themselves? Do they think in sign language, if that is what they use to communicate? Or do they have their own type of thought language? Would it be similar to the ways babies think? I am seriously confused and would like to know. 
Anybody who knows anything about this please tell me.😄😄

A lot of deaf people can talk even though they've always been deaf. My friend would rather not talk as her voice is "hollow" (her words). They think words too.

Can you explain how hearing people think?  Sometimes i think with words sometimes with pictures.  Sometimes it's a mesh  of the both.

I have thought the same thing!! I have two deaf brothers and I still have no idea, I asked mom and she was stumped too. I can't really ask my younger brother because he's mentally disabled and doesn't understand the question. And I'm to nervous that my older brother will think that I'm implying that he's stupid (he thinks the entire world is out to get him).

Yes, people who are deaf and/or hard of heard can think.

I’m deaf myself and I can answer this for you. You know, not all people was born deaf from the birth, some people lost it later in their ages, just FYI. Anyways, I think in English/American Sign language since I’m American myself so of course, English is my main language, same for the rest of people born in America. Same with the others from other countries, they thinks in their own language, for example, Mexican deaf people thinks in Spanish too. None of that “weird alien” language at all, lol.
