Any suggestions on who to choose ?

Adam and I were together for 4 yrs and we broke up in November. He has two kids. I have zero. I started dating Blaze, my close friend for years, two weeks after and we broke up in February. We barely speak anymore. I was venting to my friend about it one night and she introduced me to this attractive man and we hit it off ever since. That was about 2 months ago. The only issue is he lives 2 hours away. We want to take things really slow and I really really like him. We also said that we want our next relationship to be our last. Conflict is, Adam has come back in full effect like a totally different man. He’s more attentive, he’s gone to counseling, hes way more chilled, and vocal about his feelings, he’s got a much better paying job, much more goal oriented, getting a new house, says he doesn’t care who I’m talking to because he wants to marry me and I’m the one. I’m not sure what to do. I never stopped loving Adam. I just moved on because I had to. But now I have feelings for this new guy and I’m totally confused. Adam and I have history but it was so rocky. He’s just showing he’s changed and wants to do better and wants us to work. New guy is so exciting and we click so well. I don’t want to hurt anybody, lead anybody on, I just don’t know which one I want to invest my energy into that would be the better decision. Oh yeah. New guy has zero kids.
