Chiropractor?

Has anyone been to the chiro for middle back pain? Did it help? Mine has been really bad lately, and I’m 32 weeks.

Yeah I’ve been seeing one the past few weeks and it seems to help a bit. I saw a different one my last pregnancy and i think the things she did helped more than this current one, so your mileage may vary. Can’t hurt to try though probably. Lots of reliable organizations say chiropractic care is safe during pregnancy.

I’m having a lot of middle back pain too and I’m wondering if a chiropractor could help me. It feels like the pain is coming from my ribs, or somewhere in that area mainly the left side. Is that what you’re feeling?

Yup! I’ve went at least once a month and planned on going more often now that I’m getting closer. Always feels good and helps!
