Help 😥

I had a miscarriage just about a month ago. Long story short, it was my 3rd miscarriage in 2 years, but this was our first time a baby was actually there! We had our 8 week appointment and baby had a strong heartbeat as well as measuring right on time and by the next week, baby went to heaven. Now, I know this is a long shot but has ANYONE gone through something similar? I was super reliant on Progesterone the entire pregnancy from ovulation week. I also may have PCOS, doctor suspected it but never had tests done to confirm. Please help ❤ I don't know what to do anymore!
