it's so hard

so I failed my first glucose test came up as a 8.5. ...not sure if that's bad. but they want me to a fast and a 2h wait but the last couple times I've tried to fast I've gotten really sick 2 or 3 hours before the place even opens to where I get dizzy and I dont have anyone to go with me because my SO Is in school ft for corrections officer. I have a ob appt tomorrow and i still havent went for the test. I'm gonna get yelled at :/ it's just so hard this pregnancy my child has demanded food every 2.5 hours and I've tried staying g away from sugars since the news of the failed test. eek. my anxiety is crazy:(
