My husband and I lost our most recent pregnancy last Thursday...we are really wanting to try again (even though we are also scared to death of course), and I only bled for that one day and stopped spotting on like Monday or Tuesday.

Do you think we are safe to start trying again, do you think? We haven't had any other complications.

Also, I'm wanting to have the "if it happens, if happens" attitude..but I also really want to try opks again...idk.

Any advice? Thanks in advance.
