Dont know what to do

My boyfriend of 3 years doesnt like kissinh or cuddling. We only have sex and thats it, other than that he doesnt touch me. He says cuddling and kissing cringes him out and seeing people do it makes him cringe. I feel so lonely and unloved. I have spoke to him about it and he says hes just not a loving person. Such a crap feeling 👎🏻
