Should I break it off and move on with my life?

So my boyfriend and I been together for 6.5 years, next May will be 7 years to be exact. I’m 27 years old and he just turned 34 years old yesterday 9/19. I’ve always wanted to be mother and a wife but he keeps saying he don’t mind being an older parent but I’ve been ready to get married and start my own family four years ago. I love this man so much but I also want to be happy and getting married with a family would complete my heart. Should I hold on with hopes or move on and find my happiness elsewhere? 😟😟
