I’m kind of struggling. I just feel like a failure. I graduated high school last year and after going on to travel I had no plan once I got home. I’m still living with my parents who make me feel sad and pathetic (My dad is emotionally abusive) and i am away from all of my friends and i can’t seem find a direction. I also haven’t been able to land a job which also plays a role on my self esteem. I’ve always set myself up to a high standard, and I can’t seem to shake off the feeling that I have to be doing something amazing and worthwhile, otherwise I’m just wasting time. It makes it a lot harder when I see my friends and people on Instagram doing great and for what it seems like to be striving. I am definitely aware that all of it is mental and I have to get out of my own head but it’s harder than I anticipated. I am the root of my own suffering and being aware of it, and still not being able to fix it makes it worse. 
Sorry for complaining, I just needed to get it off my chest!

Struggling, I have a four week old son and my mom isn’t the best person so I’ve been limiting how often I’m around her.  She complains to other family members that I don’t let her see her grandson and thinks that I hate her, even though I don’t.  I’ve just been so drained emotionally that I’m debating just cutting her off and not fixing the relationship though I really want my dad to have a relationship with his grandson, it’s such a mess and there is no easy answer.

I'm struggling. I'm just so mentally drained. My 1 year old is soooo insanely clingy lately. She wants nothing to do with daddy. It has to be me. All the time. Going to the bathroom? She's screaming by the door. Cooking dinner? She's screaming at my feet. Trying to clean? I have to hold her or she will scream bloody murder. Trying to eat? Nope, she won't let me. She wants to have my food. To either eat with or just play with. Either way, I don't get it. But if I put her down so I can eat she screams. She's been fighting sleep lately and staying up an hour past her bedtime as well as waking up early and fighting naps. I know eventually things will go back to normal but it's a rough ride until then and I'm just so stressed
