Need advice!

Evening everyone!

Need help with this! So it’s been a busy month, hence why We haven’t BD’ a lot and I haven’t really looked at glow, logged anything, checked when I was fertile etc. Had a couple drinks Sunday night and Hub and I BD around 9:45pm, I had light/medium ewcm. I went to the bathroom and when I got up and went to wipe (TMI) I had a long string of ewcm. Monday, checked For LH surge, nothing but a lot of EWCM. Tuesday... totally positive (picture posted below) glow says I ovulated on Wednesday. How high are my chances here?
