Is bleeding normal at 5 weeks

I took an at home pregnancy test last week result was positive, took another one at the doctors a few days after. The ultrasound detected that the embryonic age was at about 3 weeks.

I noticed some very light bleeding last night, this morning it was more obvious. I had a pad on for about 3-4 hours and the bleeding was as heavy as the start of a light period. There hasn’t been any tissue passing, so I’m wondering if this is normal

Edit: sorry it’s been awhile. I ended up misscarrying about 2 days later.
