Does he have a lazy eye?

My son just turned two and he was diagnosed with autism a few months back. Sometimes his right eye would go crossed eyed I thought it was just him doing it but recently he’s been doing it more often. I don’t mean all the time but I’ve noticed a few times a day like 3-4. Although it could definitely be more because he’s always running around and I don’t get to see his face all day long. Does tv have anything to do with it? It’s all he likes to do, I know it’s bad but kids with autism are obsessive and if he doesn’t have cartoons at some point in the day he’ll throw hour long fits until he gets them. Any advice would help.

Edit:no one in my family has a lazy eye or anything. Not sure if that’s in the genes. Sorry
