3 weeks old with baby acne please tell me I’m not alone or if anything has worked?

In the first picture, you can see he had baby acne really bad 😣and I read up on it and a lot of people suggested breastmilk on the problem areas. So I tried that for maybe a week, and the second picture is everything pretty much gone even the redness😍. wish I had a better picture of his acne, but I think I deleted them 😅

I find that my baby breaks out after we have visitors. Im guessing our visitors Makeup perfumes detergents etc.. anything can trigger it ..so I always give my baby a bath after we have visitors or when we come home from going out. I just use a wash cloth with warm water for her face and baby soap for her body and hair. I find the break outs start to calm down instantly. I also noticed baby wipes do not have the same effect. I use baby lotion after as well.

Breastmilk! I was too afraid to make it worse (it was pretty bad) with my first so I didn't try it and just left it alone. This time, I decided to give it a try as soon as it started (was just three or four) and see if it helped. It did!!! Baby still got more acne, but as soon as I put breastmilk on it, it starts to heal and the inflammation goes down, no more redness no more swelling. Then they're gone completely in a couple days. New ones would crop up, but it just looked so much better if I applied it. And now we're done with it. Just express a couple drops and lightly rub it around with clean fingers on baby's skin. Breastmilk is amazing!
