Need advice on weight loss please!
I’m 21 5’5” and weigh 169. I really want to lose a good 30 pounds but I’ve never been able to lose more than 5-10 pounds and it seems like lately I can’t lose anything at all!!! Can you ladies please share some tips on what you guys have done to lose weight?? I have been dieting for over a month now and haven’t lose anything. I only drink water, I’ve been intermittent fasting from 12-8, and even though I’ve definitely cheated a couple times bc of family birthdays I thought that I’ve been doing pretty good but I guess not
