Anyone ever have an abdominal CT. Not sure if it’s necessary.

I have been having right sided pain for 2 months now. I had an abdominal, pelvic, transvaginal, kidney and bladder ultrasound plus a ton if bloodwork. My doctor wanted to check everything. The only thing that came back was a small 1.4cm ovarian cyst on the right ovary, but my doctor said it should not be causing pain. I have been having gastro issues and often suffer from constipation pain and have for years. I had a colonoscopy of the large colon done 2 years ago and that came back normal. My doctor said if the pain continues to go to the ER an they will do a CT scan. I’ve had upper GI’s and a chest CT done throughout my life and I don’t want anymore radiation exposure. Anyone know the risks? Does it affect fertility? What would you do? As soon as you look it up online, the first thing you see is cancer and radiation 😓
