Continuous Bleeding after dnc?!!

I had blighted ovum then ended up having dnc as my body refused to get rid of the sac but now i keep spotting for months since i had dnc and it's driving me crazy.. i was following up with my gynecologist and during the ultrasound they found another abnormal sac but luckily it was just a chemical pregnancy and the next ultrasound showed that my body got rid of it + hcg levels dropped.

However, i keep spotting since i had dnc besides having my periods and i know its my period because bleeding gets heavy for around 10 days in each month but why am i still spotting?

Did anyone have any similar experience with dnc or misscarriage? And do you think that i should go to the same gynecologist or shall i consider seeing someone else?
