Gluten sensitive but not allergic to wheat?

75% of the time I get a stomach ache after eating food with gluten in them so I tend to stay clear but when I got an allergy test, I tested negative for wheat?...is that possible?

I've been intolerant to certain foods throughout my life but not allergic. 🤷

You can have many symptoms without testing positive for the gluten allergy. Like for me, I get all celiac symptoms such as I digestive cold sores fatigue and brain fog but I am not celiac.
Wheat is being chemically treated to withstand all the pesticides and herbicides and sprays they use, and obviously we are not supposed to consume these chemicals, hence why everyone is developing reactions and allergies to foods we once thought were safe.
Listen to your body because only you will know what is best for you!!

Yeah, intolerances are very real. I have them with wheat gluten & dairy. Taking a strong probiotic can help correct things if I over do it and peppermint tea etc.

I actually just read if you aren’t eating gluten regularly when you get tested it can cause false results.

My husband tested negative for celiac and any allergy but when he eats anything with gluten his stomach explodes. Lol he’s had stomach issues the ten years I’ve been with him but since he cut out all gluten his diet he’s gotten rid of all digestive issues. It’s amazing.

I have the same problem but I also have IBS. Sucks but sometimes you just have to be careful
